Disease is the most common skin treated by dermatologists and many of its victims are teenagers and adults. Well, the topic of acne and diet has been studied for several years. Although some dermatologists say that diet has nothing to do with the appearance of acne, many argue that diet has a match. Acne and diet are somehow related, and it plays an important role in the maturation of the same. Here is a common understanding that show how acne and diet are connected.

Some studies found eating pure carbohydrates and sugar leads to increased insulin as well as to increased insulin GFI type-I. If this happens, it can lead to an excess of male hormone-androgens, which are considered the most potent in causing Acne No More. The connection between acne and diet maintains that if there is an excess of male hormones, the skin pores emit sebum or oil, a fatty substance that usually carries acne-causing bacteria. In addition, this triggers the process that creates GFI-1 epithelial cells known as keratinocytes that replicate and multiply, which in turn is a material process for the formation of acne.

Furthermore, the relationship between acne and diet is shown with the impact of certain studies conducted on cases of acne in islanders of Papua New Guinea and hunter-gatherers of Paraguay. According to this study on the connection between acne and diet, acne is triggered by some environmental factors to which diet is one. Many groups have found through this study that limiting grains is an important step in optimizing your health, which led researchers to believe that a diet without grains is healthy for acne.

Today, the relationship between acne and diet is one of the most controversial issues in the medical field. Many say there is little research on this topic because I just do not perform financially. Some even claim that doctors and dermatologists only say that there is no connection between diet and acne because you can sell a healthy diet. Now, if you think about it, in the background, other diseases such as acne is caused by diet, but you can not cure it by focusing only on the diet as there are other aggravating behind her.
