of the total fat loss in diet low in calcium, and this figure increased to 50.1% for a diet high in calcium and up to 66.2% with a diet high in dairy products. Thus, raising the amount of dietary calcium, in addition to limiting the number of calories consumed, significantly promotes weight loss and fat burning. Moreover, dairy products have a much
more intense effect on fat burning, compared with an equivalent amount of calcium in the form of dietary supplements.
